Rocky Romanella

Senior Partner

Rocky Romanella, an experienced executive, CEO and Director, keynote speaker, trainer and adviser is founder and principal of 3SIXTY Management Services, LLC. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Director for UniTek Global Services, a mid-cap telecommunications solutions company, after retiring from a 36-year career with UPS, the largest shipment and logistics company in the world.

In addition to leading the global strategy of all U.S. and international retail channels, he was an integral part of the integration of many acquisitions, which became UPS Supply Chain Solutions with responsibilities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and South America and led UPS’s entry into the healthcare industry as part of their supply chain logistics strategy.  Rocky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from St. John’s University. Ed Pyke is a leader in developing marketing strategies for 3SIXTY clients to support sustainable business growth and to ensure brand equity and awareness. Ed’s extensive experience draws upon not only Marketing Strategy and Retail Product Development, but Operations and Sales experience as well.

Ed translates an idea in the cloud to make it work for the feet on the street through expert market analysis. This results in Marketing Playbooks that are achievable and measurable. Ed earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University and his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Saint Mary’s College.

Chris Micolucci

Strategic Communications

Chris Micolucci brings more than 20 years of Corporate Communications leadership experience to our team. She believes each organization has a unique culture, brand, products and services.  Her ability to identify and develop Companies unique traits boost growth and productivity, employee retention and customer loyalty.

Chris possesses comprehensive knowledge of communications processes and practices including: organizational change integration, executive and crisis communications, branding, training, event planning, public, investor and community relations. She builds results-orientated relationships – from C-level managers to first-line associates – to ensure each organization’s vision and strategy is well-articulated and cascaded to inspire employee alignment, awareness and behavioral changes. Chris holds a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Creative Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Mark Horton

Finance & Intellectual Property

Mark’s unique expertise drives growth – from bottom-line Finance to Business Planning, Intellectual Property (IP) management, mergers and acquisitions. A UPS retiree, Mark was a leader instrumental in the formation of UPS’s intellectual property management companies and monetizing UPS’s IP. He has numerous patents and knows how to manage trademarks, copyrights, domain names, trade secrets and other internal IP. He led several acquisitions that included asset purchases, debt and equity investments.

Mark is an expert in Transportation Finance including the design of financial metrics for key initiatives including transportation mode cost-benefit-analysis and asset utilization, along with cost benefit tracking, post analysis reviews and recommendations that reduced expenses. He has a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Bill Klussman

Supply Chain, Logistics & Engineering

Bill Klussman is an expert in engineering, global logistics and distribution with over 30 years of solution process design for the engineering of an efficient supply chain. Bill strategically drives efficiency leadership through his vast knowledge of engineering disciplines following a 36-year career at UPS. An expert in the complexities of global supply chains for highly regulated environments like healthcare, aerospace and high-tech, Bill’s ability to assimilate with different cultures led him to all regions of the world.

Bill helps clients map their strategic end-to-end process including long and short-range planning, asset utilization, capital expenditures, information technology, process measures, monitoring and communication to minimize inventory and maximize service and efficiency. He helps others see supply chain interrelationships and disconnects.

Nick Kochek

 Leadership Development

Nick is our notable expert in leadership development. During his 37-year UPS career he thrived working with all levels of management. Nick’s strength developing teams can be credited to his knowledge in strategic planning, operational efficiencies, public affairs and workers’ compensation and risk control.  Nick holds an MBA from California Southern University and is a certified John Maxwell teacher, trainer and speaker, and serves on several non-profit boards.

Mike Ferzely, CCP

Compensation & Human Resources

Mike Ferzely, CCP, has a working knowledge of all aspects of total rewards management. He helps clients fine-tune their compensation policy and programs including the evaluation of compensation administration, market analysis, base pay, incentives, work rules, vacation, benefits, web based compensation software systems, benchmarking, and more. During his career he has assumed a leadership role in a variety of assignments and projects addressing a wide range of compensation and H.R. related issues. With a Bachelors’ of Administration in Psychology from Creighton University, Omaha, NE, Mike is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Nereida (Neddy) Perez

Human Resources & Diversity

Nereida (Neddy) Perez is an expert in diversity and talent, and organizational capabilities. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent & Diversity Management, Community Social Responsibility. Neddy is considered a top leader in STEM workforce development. Her resume includes several multi-national Fortune 50 firms. She has created and executed learning programs around the globe focusing on leadership skills, gender differences and diversity. Neddy holds a BS in Public Relations and an MS in Human Resources from NOVA Southeastern University.

Dean Huffer

Dean Huffer has a proven track record in achieving organizational growth and operations improvements in a variety of industries – Transportation, Distribution, Logistics and Healthcare. Dean has specific expertise in field service operations, engineering, continuous improvement, lean principles, capital planning and network optimization and quality, project management, technology support and deployments, operations planning and improvement, route planning and dispatching, customs operations, international operations support, long-range planning, budgeting, work measurement, and process standardization. Dean holds a BS in Industrial Systems and Management Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has also held a role on the Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Southern California.

Jim Liggett

Jim Liggett has more than 30 years of experience in business management including areas of: operations, human resources, industrial engineering, employee relations, health and safety, people development and succession planning. Similar to many business owners he’s focused on a wide range of people, projects and business initiatives. Jim has conducted over 200 training programs on topics such as: diversity, professional relationships, management, people development and the art of public speaking. Jim has a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management and served as Professional Faculty in the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University for seven years.

Vince Scarfo

Vince Scarfo has spent over 25 years driving international sale teams to success at three Fortune 50 companies. Over the better part of the last decade he has had a leadership role for revenue generation among power generation and energy efficient products to the building industry; both public and private sectors. His skills have been developed through experience with some of the best brands across multiple industries. Vince has authored many successful business strategies for companies large and small, but at their core there is one common denominator, a focus on revenue generation.

With an energy that is contagious and an inclusive style that promotes innovation, Vince is able to develop the best out of teams, while maintaining laser-focus on revenue generation. He helps our clients view themselves through the eyes of their customers and uses his six sigma training to attack process improvements within our client’s organizations.

Tim Shaw

With more than 25 years of experience driving sales growth Tim excels with business process improvements. Tim’s strategic and creative approach to problem-solving generated consistent and profitable growth in competitive markets. Tim brings a high level skill set and experience with sales effectiveness to the 3SIXTY team. He specializes in quickly assessing and improving sales performance and efficiency for firms selling into any verticals or geographies.

Tim previously launched UPS’s campaign to grow its share of government, defense, and public sector markets. He developed and implemented multi-pronged domestic and international growth strategies.  Tim grew his sector revenues from $40 million to more than $700 million annually. His ability to develop, lead, and execute large-scale process improvements have saved Government and private sector clients tens of millions of dollars.
